Last updated: January 15, 2026

Service Agreement Overview

These Terms of Use govern your use of Dire-money's cryptocurrency trading platform and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications, and continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

User Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. You must not be located in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or restricted.

By using our services, you confirm that registration information is accurate and complete, and you will keep this information updated during your use of our platform.

Account Registration and KYC

Account creation requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including identity verification and compliance screening. This process helps ensure platform security and regulatory compliance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Trading Rules and Regulations

All trading activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Market manipulation, insider trading, and other fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Dire-money reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or adjust trades that result from system errors, market manipulation, or other extraordinary circumstances as determined in our sole discretion.

Fee Structure and Payment Terms

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges are clearly displayed on our platform and may vary based on trading volume, account type, and market conditions. All fees are subject to change with appropriate notice.

Payments for services are due immediately upon completion of transactions. Failed payments may result in service suspension until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Digital Asset Custody and Security

Dire-money employs industry-leading security measures including cold storage, multi-signature wallets, and advanced encryption to protect user funds. However, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and inherently risky.

Users acknowledge that digital assets may be subject to significant price volatility and that trading involves substantial risk of loss. We do not guarantee profits or protection against losses.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

Users are prohibited from using our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activities. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and report them to relevant authorities.

Attempting to manipulate our systems, engaging in unauthorized access, or violating intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive for maximum uptime, Dire-money does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or emergency repairs may temporarily limit access to services.

We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided we make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly and communicate maintenance schedules in advance.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

Dire-money's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or trading opportunities.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Dire-money. All disputes must be brought individually.

Account Termination Rights

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Dire-money may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, you must withdraw all digital assets and settle outstanding obligations. Dire-money reserves the right to retain records as required by law or regulation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and intellectual property on the Dire-money platform are owned by Dire-money or its licensors. Users receive a limited license to use our services but may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary materials.

Users retain ownership of their account data but grant Dire-money necessary rights to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

Regulatory Compliance Requirements

Dire-money operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations and may be required to report certain transactions to regulatory authorities. Users consent to such reporting and information sharing as legally required.

Changes in regulatory requirements may necessitate modifications to our services or additional compliance measures, which users agree to accommodate.

International Usage and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Washington State courts for any legal proceedings.

International users must ensure their use of Dire-money services complies with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Emergency Procedures and Force Majeure

In the event of system emergencies, security breaches, or extraordinary circumstances, Dire-money may temporarily suspend services, freeze accounts, or take other protective measures to safeguard user funds and platform integrity.

Dire-money is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government actions.
